DVRA Pool Rules
General
NO GLASS anywhere on DVRA Property.
The gate is to be kept closed at all times.
No swimming after dusk/dark.
All individuals under 16 yrs. old must be supervised by an adult.
Parents are responsible for supervising their children (in the pool and out) at all times.
No rough play in the pool, on the deck or edge of pool.
No Running on deck.
No eating within 3 feet of the pool.
No pets allowed within the pool property gates.
Clean up after yourself and your children or group; pool toys, trash, close umbrellas etc.
Sunscreen with PHOSPHATES may not be used.
diving board
No jumping or diving from the side of the diving board.
No diving from the side of the pool.
No hanging on the side of the diving board.
Only one person on the diving board at a time.
No diving with someone under the board or in the immediate area of the diving board.
guests
Guests must be accompanied by a DVRA member while in the pool area.
Guests shall be limited to 6 people per day per family membership.
Members are responsible for his/her guests’ conduct at all times and maintain all pool rules.
Any member desiring to bring more than the allowed 6 guests must have prior approval of a DVRA Board member.
enforcement
ALL adult members are charged with enforcement of the pool rules.
Parents, whether present or not, are responsible for their children at all times when they are using the pool facilities.
Parents are requested to familiarize their children with these rules.
Parties
Any member desiring to bring more than 6 guests must have prior approval of a DVRA Board member.
Your request must be in writing and include the date, time, number of guests, and if a lifeguard will be engaged.
One lifeguard is required for for every 10 kids under the age of 16 years.
Your homeowner’s insurance is in effect during your gathering.
Charges, if any, for such groups will be determined by the Board and subject to change.
